Summer workouts means doing the same on hot days too, which means you need special clothing to be comfortable and of course nobody wants to sacrifice style. How do I dress for summer training? Here are a few ideas.

Looks with leggings

If you prefer leggings, choose natural fabrics so your skin can breathe. Take a look at summer and tropical prints to give your look a more summery feel, or make it bright. Add a crop top so more skin can breathe – a t-shirt won’t do this.

Looks with shorts
